Butter Garlic Fried Pork Chops!
These juicy and tender pork chops are a quick and easy dinner cuisine that only take about 15 – 20 minutes to prepare. The required ingredients are quite simple and can usually be picked up at your local grocery store or supermarket. If you`re pressed for time to make an impressive evening meal, give these a try!
The ingredients required for this recipe are listed below. You`ll need the following:
- 4 – 6 thick sliced pork chops
- 1 garlic clove
- Basil or Sage flakes
- Black Pepper
You can add additional spices if you like, but these are basically all that you`ll need to get started.
Thinly slice the garlic cloves.
Add butter to a frying pan and melt the butter on medium heat.
Stir-fry the garlic until it is crispy and medium brown. Then remove it from the heat. We will save these for later.
Tenderize (soften up) the pork chops by lightly stabbing them with a fork a few times on both sides.
Melt more butter in the frying pan on medium heat.
Add the pork chops to the fry pan. Sprinkle them with the basil, salt, and black pepper. Fry the pork chops on medium heat until both sides are brown.
Remove the pork chops from the frying pan and top them with the fried garlic chips.
